I’ve transitioned to working on the web these days, but I still love to design a great logo. I was tasked with creating the brand identity and promotional materials for GEE Studio – a brand new music studio located in Ansonia, CT. The project included a logo, promotional flyer, business cards, copywriting, social posts, and experimenting with the GoPro for a mixture of wide-angle shots of photography. The choice in type, it’s treatment, and color palette gives the brand a sharp and sleek look with a touch of the African and island vibes – which are a majority of the sounds created there. The double “E” presented the perfect opportunity to represent the sound levels you’ll see on a mixer.
